Lots of possibilites here.
1) I've seen various lightboxes for sale at art supply stores.
2) Paper and Ink Arts catalogue has four light tables for sale that range from $45 to $75. Call 1-800-736-7773 or e-mail at paperinkarts@aol.com.
3) You can also put a light source under a glass table you may already have.
4) Depending on how much work you need to do, you can always tape you work on a window at home, tape paper over that and trace. Works only during daytime, though. ;)
