Hello. My name is Aamaal. I just recently decided to get back into my calligraphy. I used to do it in high school for certificates and things for most of the teachers. I basically taught myself by just looking at books and practicing, but now I would like to learn more about the art.
If any of you have any information, especially about Gothic lettering, it will be greatly appreciated.
I'm thinking of starting to do invitations and certificates again. I just have to get all of my supplies all over again and sadly, I've forgotten what all I exactly need. So any pointers on that also, I will greatly appreciate it. I'm looking to do illuminated lettering and whatnot for certificates and possibly special invitations. :) I'm just an all around artistic person. :)
I do graphic design as a profession so art I guess is apart of me.
And if any of you do certificates and invitations on a regular basis, what type of pricing system do you have set up?
I'm sorry for all the questions, I'm just really excited about getting back into calligraphy.
